29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: (a) Phipps Plaza Lofts Building #2, Level 7, Section-C: On or about May 31, 2016, and employee was transported to the hospital and admitted for leg injuries suffered on the jobsite when 12 sheets of drywall collapsed. The employee was admitted on 05/31/2016 and the controlling employer notified the Atlanta-West Area Office of the in-patient hospitalization on 06/03/2016.
