RC LT High Actives. The 55 gallon drum of Hydrite Chemical Co. RC LT High Actives was grounded to the flammable storage cabinet and contents of the 55 gallon drum were dispensed into smaller containers for usage. Hydrite Chemical Co. RC LT High Actives is a category 2 flammable liquid. The flammable storage cabinet containing a 55 gallon drum of Hydrite Chemical Co. RC LT High Actives is located near the stand alone spray booths.

Filter rolls were not inspected to ensure proper replacement of filter media:    a) The manometers for the powder coating and paint standalone spray booths were not operational on June 9, 2016.    b) The exhaust duct filtering material was not correctly installed in the powder coating standalone spray booth on June 9, 2016. There were large gaps between the filtering material and the spray booth wall. The large gaps allowed the powder coating material to collect in the exhaust duct.
