On or about June 9, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations with pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a. On or about June 9, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof were not protected from falls , thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately ten (10 ) feet and ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground. Ultimate Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941248, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 10443 S. Highland Ave, Worth, Il 60482.
