29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about August 17, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations on a steep sloped roof, approximately eighteen (18) feet four-tenths (4:10) inches above the ground, were not adequately protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.    Ultimate Roofing, Inc., was previously cited repeat for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1153547, citation 2 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2016, with respect to workplace located at 16751 Steeplechase Dr., Orland Park, IL 60467.      Ultimate Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941248, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 10443 S. Highland Ave, Worth, IL 60482.
