Dedicated Logistics, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.178 (p)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 642458, citation number 1, item number 3b and affirmed as final order through an expedited informal settlement agreement entered on November 02, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1450-B Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook, Il.
