29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite, 311 Ski Gap Road, Claysburg, PA: On or about June 9, 2016, 2 employees were working on the roof to clean the gutters and install felt paper and were not protected from falling. The fall hazard to the employees was approximately 14 feet to the ground.
