Superior Bronze Corporation, 1901 Popular Street, Erie, PA 16502, compressor room, on or about June 10, 2016 and times prior thereto: An oxygen and an acetylene cylinder were stored together on a cart with the gauges affixed. The cylinders were not separated by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. In addition, the oxygen cylinder was stored with 15-feet of flammable liquid drum. The drum included but was not limited to Top Bond B.
