29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)  On or about 06/10/16 - 1103 Flats Trace, Lot #3, Cullman, AL, employees were observed operating a Vinyl Fast Apache Model VF-25 (S/N 1207292) pneumatic nailer without eye protection.    Santamaria Siding, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062010, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 320 Beaver Ridge Trail, Huntsville, Alabama.    Santamaria Siding, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982570, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/03/14, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Addison Park Dr., Huntsville, Alabama.
