(a) On or about June 13, 2016, and at times prior thereto, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 8 feet while installing electrical equipment next to wall openings, where no guardrail was installed, or other fall protection available or used. NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
