29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) On or about 6/14/16, in Bldg 1, Game Room , on construction site at the Orchard Heights Care Community, 5200 Chestnut Ridge Road, Orchard Park, NY: Employees of another employer on the site were exposed to contact with exposed live electrical parts in a room where one light socket in a string of temporary lights had sagged to within 49 inches of the concrete floor. The socket was energized at 120 volts-ac, did not have a light bulb in it, and did not have a bulb guard on it. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
