29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  (a)  Roof of the Batting Cage - On or about June 15, 2016 four employees were exposed to a fall hazard without fall protection 32 above the ground.   RK WALLACE CONSTRUCTION DBA WALLACE STEEL ERECTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.760(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314772153 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON AUGUST 1, 2011 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF JUNE 4, 2012 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED PONCHARTRAIN DRIVE, SLIDELL, LOUISIANA 70458.
