29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At the jobsite, on the 5/12 pitch roof, fall protection was not provided to employees installing water barrier material, exposing employees to a fall hazard between 10 and 15-1/2 feet, on or about 6/15/2016. Solar Roof Solutions, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956150, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/26/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 113 N. Betty Lan, Clearwater, FL 33755. Solar Roof Solutions, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 872603, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/9/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 113 N.
