29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a)  buildings 19, 21, 23 - employees were exposed to 17ft (eave height) up to 23ft,4in (peak height) fall hazards from the roof of 2-story apartment buildings when performing roofing work on 4/12 sloped roofs without fall protection; observed on or about 11/16/17.  (b)  building 22 - employees were exposed to 7ft,10in (lower eave height) and 10ft,3in (upper eave height) up to 14ft,2in (peak height) fall hazards from the roof of a 1-story building when performing roofing work on the 4/12 sloped roof without fall protection; observed on or about 11/16/17.   Solar Roof Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1155699, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/10/2016 as a Repeat violation, with respect to a workplace located at 1500 Seagull Dr, Palm Harbor, FL 34685.   Solar Roof Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956150, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/27/2014 as a Serious violation, with respect to a workplace located at 113 N Betty Ln, Clearwater, FL 33755.   Solar Roof Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 872603, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/2013 as a Serious violation, with respect to a workplace located at 113 N Betty Ln, Clearwater, FL 33755.
