29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of particles not otherwise regulated listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the eight (8) hour Time Weighted Average concentration of fifteen (15) milligrams per cubic meter: The employer does not ensure that no employees are exposed to an airborne concentration of particles in excess of fifteen (15) milligrams per cubic meter as an eight (8) hour time weighted average (TWA). This violation occurred on 6/21/2016, in the production area of the facility, when an employee was exposed to an eight-hour time weighted average concentration of thirty five and three tenths (35.3) milligrams per cubic meter of particles when sampled for 360 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the un-sampled 120 minutes.
