29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: On May 12, 2016, at line TB29, where employees worked near the end of the TB29 bag machine, the shut off button did not have proper strain relief and was hanging from its flexible cord.
