29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about 15 June 2016 at the admin offices, employees engaged in office operations were exposed to fire hazards in the vicinity of combustible materials such as papers, etc. and no fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire. b. On or about 15 June 2016 at the LPG tank and the 450kV generator set, employees were exposed to fire hazards while maintaining and operating such equipment next to flammable and combustible materials and no adequate fire extinguishers were available in case of a sudden fire.
