29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On or about 24 June 2016 and at times prior thereto, six subcontractor employees were performing framing activities without fall protection on a multi-family residence under construction, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling up to approximately 20 feet. The general contractor's failure to control this hazard at this jobsite was documented again on July 12, 2016 with workers completing the decking and cornice.    DR Horton was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070789, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1 July 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 823 Morrow Street, Austin, TX 78757.
