29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph: a) Peninsula Polymer Inc., 640 Marshall Street, Milford, DE 19963-2308 - On or about 6/29/16, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, as the employer did not have a written program consisting of provisions for labeling, safety data sheets and information for employees using hazardous materials such as, but not limited to hot melted and extruded resins. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
