29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a. On or about June 28, 2016, in the warehouse area, totes of sugar were stacked four high and were not interlocked or secured. The totes were unstable on an aisle in the warehouse where several had fallen and others were not secure. Employees working in the warehouse were exposed to struck by hazards.
