29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1016 (Model #A162 & Serial #1016) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.      (b)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1017 (Model #A224 & Serial #1017) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.      (c)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1015 (Model #W-300-R & Serial #857) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.      (d)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on A.E.C. Press #1019 (Model #2050 RV & Serial #951130) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.      (e)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on A.E.C. Press #1021 (Model #3600 & Serial #990915) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.      (f)  The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Kempsmith #1023 Press (Model #92.30 & Serial #241) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards.

This exposed employees to caught-in, crushing and in-going nip point hazards.      (b)  The employer did not ensure employees who worked on and around the die cut area of Press 1021 (A.E.C. Model #3600 & Serial #990915), were protected by guards affixed to the machine, from caught-in, crushing and in-going nip point hazards.
