(b) The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1017 (Model #A224 & Serial #1017) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards. (c) The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1015 (Model #W-300-R & Serial #857) were protected from the multiple in-going nip points, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards. (d) The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on A.E.C.
