29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(c): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within the possible path of vapor travel: a) Ink Room, on or about 6/29/16: Electrical equipment, including, but not limited to a mixing unit, a Delta drill press with a mixing tool attachment, fluorescent light fixture, four way receptacle outlet and a switch for the vent were located at the work bench where Acetone, with a flashpoint of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, is being used for cleaning purposes. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
