29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about June 30, 2016, Heritage Grain Cooperative had employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 100 ft. without fall protection, when walking across the top of two concrete storage bins, while performing work operations, such as measuring bins and maintenance functions.
