29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a) On or about June 29, 2016, Colorado Exteriors, LLC. as the controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain  a program which provided for frequent and regular inspections to ensure that employees of a subcontractor were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Sergio Azpilcueta, a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a three- story residential building with no fall protection in place. Colorado Exteriors, LLC had not inspected the jobsite.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
