29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about October 21, 2016 and at times prior, Colorado Exteriors, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not conduct effective safety inspections to ensure that the employee of Sergio Azpilcueta dba Azpilcueta Roofing (sub-contractor) was protected from falls of approximately 10 to 20 feet while working on the roof of a two-story residential house. Colorado Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159272, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7170 Constitution Square Heights, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
