29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to a CNC Mill VF-8 and the Tarus Gun Drill located in the Plastics Department were exposed to struck-by and/or electrical shock hazards in that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were not conducted at least annually.
