29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Lot 30.07, Block 47.02, 12 Pasteur Court, East Windsor NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities while walking/working from the top plates of the structure's framed walls. Condition observed on or about 07/01/16.
