29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 113/115/117/119/121/123 Ada Hightower Boulevard, Pennington NJ: The company worksite Foremen were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 5 inch to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/02/24. b - 113/115/117/119/121/123 Ada Hightower Boulevard, Pennington NJ: The company worksite Foremen were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 5 inches to the concrete flooring below, when walking and working at and near unprotected floor openings while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 07/02/24.
