29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater :   (a) Bait Locker Area:  On or about 29 June 2016 and times prior thereto, electrical panel labeled as LPD was blocked with a pallet and equipment. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.  (b) Carpenter Shop:  On or about 29 June 2016 and times prior thereto, two electrical panels, one 120 volt and one 440 volts, were blocked with shop equipment. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.  (c) Fresh Pack Area:  On or about 29 June 2016 and times prior thereto, On or about 29 June 2016 and times prior thereto, a 277/480 volt electrical panel was blocked with fiber pallets. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
