29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   a.  1825 Tucker Industrial Road, Tucker, GA (Throughout Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard. Fire extinguishers throughout the shop was not in plain view and therefore fire extinguishers  were not labeled and/or identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 07/06/16.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:   a.  1825 Tucker Industrial Road, Tucker, GA (Throughout Shop Area) - Employees were not inspecting the powered industrial trucks on a daily basis before placing them in service to detect any malfunction and/or deficiencies relating to the powered industrial trucks.  The powered industrial trucks are used on a daily basis to stock and retrieve storage throughout the facility, on or about 07/06/16.

The wall mounted Panel boards/Circuit breaker box A were not marked as to indicate what equipment they controlled, such as but not limited to shop lights and shop tools/equipment, on or about 07/06/16.
