29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. on or about July 7, 2016, on the east side of roof, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while on a flat roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels. F.W. Walton, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Heath Standard 29 CFR 192.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895693, citation number 1 Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/31/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Hunters Creek PI., Houston, TX 77024
