29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. West End, Inside Building: On or about July 07, 2016, employees were exposed to fire hazards when walking/working close to 2 oxygen cylinders stored next to a propylene cylinder.
