Steel Erection, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109160, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 198267 FM 306, Canyon Lake, Texas.  The W.S. Steel Erection, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 886203, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1460 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas.
