29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(D): Energized parts were not insulated from the employee and from any other conductive objects at a different potential: (a) Jobsite, Pole 550185, Linden Creek Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317: On or before July 11, 2016, an employee was exposed to electrical shock and arcing part hazards while upgrading cutout switches in that an adequate amount of insulating materials were not used.
