One section was used to access the upper level exposing an employee to fall hazards of up to 12 feet.    b) Jobsite, 25 Whistler Ct. Saratoga Springs, NY- On or about July 11, 2016, An employee was standing on the top cap of the 6 foot Werner step ladder exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet.
