29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer used written materials, such as signs, placards, process sheets, or batch tickets in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers that failed to identify the container(s) to which they were applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5):  A.  On or about February 2, 2017, Behind Doosan DB 250 CM Horizontal Boring Mill:  Secondary containers of chemicals were not appropriately labeled with their content and associated hazards, including a container identified as ACU32, which contained WayLube 32NT.  The material safety data sheet on file for the petroleum hydrocarbon machining oil listed dermatitis and skin and eye irritation among its health effects.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  A.  On or about February 2, 2017, VTL Department:  A portable fire extinguisher at Link Machine Tool VTC 20/25, Machine # 826, had not been serviced or inspected since December 2015.  The extinguisher was fully charged at the time of the inspection.
