29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a)  On or about 6/29/16, employees removing nails from the plywood above the trusses on the 2nd floor were exposed to a fall hazard due to lack of frequent and regular inspections on the job site to ensure hazardous conditions did not exist and/or corrected.    b)  On or about 7/19/16, employees painting the exterior of a townhouse were exposed to a fall hazard due to lack of frequent and regular inspections on the job site to ensure hazardous conditions did not exist and/or corrected.    c)  On or about 7/19/16, employees installing sheathing and trusses of a townhouse were exposed to a fall hazard due to lack of frequent and regular inspections on the job site to ensure hazardous conditions did not exist and/or corrected.      PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) On or about 6/29/16, at the above addressed jobsite, employees who were on the second floor performing punch list duties, were not protected from falling approximately 10-feet through a floor opening, by a guardrail system, a personal fall arrest systems and/or covers.    b)  On or about 7/19/16, employees installing sheathing and trusses of a townhouse were exposed to a fall hazard due to lack of guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems.      PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
