29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about July 19, 2018, Lennar at Park Central, building 7/10/11, Summit, 10651 NW 88th Street, Summit, Doral, FL 33178, the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons; thus exposing the employees to fall , struck-by hazards and chemicals hazards. Justification for FIRST REPEAT: CAPRI CONSTRUCTION, CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR. 1926.20(b)(2), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1161915, citation number 01, Item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at, 17101 SW 96th Street, Miami Florida, 33196. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about July 19, 2018, at 10516 NW 81st Terrace, Building 7/10/11, Summit, Doral FL 33178, employees performing rebar and concrete form installation were exposed to a 10 foot 5 inch fall hazard while working from the edge of a wall without means of fall protection. Justification for FIRST REPEAT: Capri Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1161915, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 17101 SW 96th Street Miami, FL 33196. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
