29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: Above Low Volume Mounts Sign - The maintenance employee was not provided with any electrical protective equipment, such as but not limited to arc-rated long sleeve shirt and pants or coveralls, arc-rated faceshield, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, heavy duty leather gloves, leather boots, etc., when electrically testing the 480 volt disconnect in order to verify that the ventilation fan motor was de-energized.
