29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 7/11/16 at a construction project located at 3750 McKinley Parkway, Blasdell, New York; employees were installing roof blocking and sheathing the roof of a commercial building and were using boom lifts to access work areas. The employees in the lifts did not have a harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 7/11/16 at a construction project located at 3750 McKinley Parkway, Blasdell, New York; employees were installing roof blocking and sheathing the roof of a commercial building. There was no fall protection in use exposing employees to falls of approximately 12 to 20 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
