An employee was standing on one plank and unloading brick from a powered industrial truck and placing it another plank.  The fall hazard was approximately 14 feet to the ground below.      The employer, A&V Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011493, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/18/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 321 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH.
