29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 5 Carrington Way, Evesham, NJ: On or about July 25, 2016, 4 Day and Night Construction Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on the roof of a two story new construction single family residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 23.5 feet to the ground be3low.
