29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Carrington Way, Evesham, NJ: On or about 12/22/2016, five Day and Night Construction Inc. employees were conducting framing activities, installing roof trusses on a two story new construction single family residence. The employees were walking the second floor wall top plates and were not using any form of fall protection. They were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 23 feet to the ground below. Day and Night Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard; 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164411, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/16 with respect to a workplace located at 5 Carrington Way, Evesham, NJ.
