On or about July 14th, 2016, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to an approximate 14-foot fall hazard while working from the second floor of a commercial structure, without a means of fall protection. REPEAT: MILLER GLASS & GLAZING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1073310, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 17TH, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2755 E.
