An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 8'-0" to ground level while working from a platform with open sided edges without fall protection. Miller Glass and Glazing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164446, citation number 1, item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.
