29 CFR 1910.23(a)(4): Skylights were not guarded by a standard skylight screen or a fixed standard railing on all exposed sides: a. On July 18 and 19, on the metal deck roof of the planer mill, the weak fiberglass skylights were not protected to prevent employees from stepping on and falling through to the floor below, exposing employees to a 24 feet fall hazard.
