Integrity Grading and Excavating Inc. project site located at the intersection of Kent St and Emerson St. Wausau, WI: On July 26, 2016, an employee was exposed to engulfment while working in an excavation which was 9.2' deep, 13' wide, and approximately 40' long when the spoil pile on the south side of the street was not kept at least 2' away from the edge of the excavation.
