On July 27, 2016, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard. The employee was tying into the main sewer line at a newly constructed home located at 11573 Reserve Way, Columbia Station, Ohio 44028.  The employee was working in a trench that was approximately 10 feet deep. A water pump was placed on the edge of the trench directly over where the employee was working.
