29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structure: A) On or about 07/19/16, at 31-16 Linden Place. Flushing, NY Debris, such as insulation form, nail, and metal scrap were strewn on the ground level. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
