On or about at 7/28/16 located at 4535 Mossbrook Cir., Cumming, GA: Employees were exposed to eye injury, where employees were using a pneumatic nail gun without safety glasses while installing the 2 x 4s, plywood and using a skill saw without safety glasses cutting lumber.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about at 7/28/16 located at 4535 Mossbrook Cir., Cumming, GA: Employees were installing 2x4s walls on the 2nd floor while standing on the edges of the floor of a house that was under construction working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 11-feet.
