29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about at 9/14/16 located at 4515 Mossbrook Circle, Alpharetta GA: Employees were framing a house that was under construction while installing the trusses on the 2nd floor, while working at the edge on top of the 2 x 4 top plats, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 27- feet.
